I love me a glowy makeup look and especially for New Year’s Eve! As you’ll see, I stuck to warmer tones with this look because that is what I usually gravitate towards, but New Year’s is a great time to experiment by applying these same tips with silver tones. Whatever you end up doing we hope you have the best New Year’s celebrations!

How to Get This Glowy Glam Makeup Look

New Year's Eve Glowy Glam Makeup Look 1

Step 1

Apply a bronze or taupe cream shadow all over the eyelid and slightly into the crease. My go to is the Maybelline color tattoo shadow in the shade Bad to the Bronze.

Step 2

Pack on a pressed pigment like this black/gold shade from Profusion, called Blitz.

Step 3

Blend out the crease with a warm tone matte shadow like this shade by Profusion called Hidden.

Step 4

Smoke out the lower lash line using a dark black/brown and blend again using a shade like Hidden (from Step 3).

Step 5

Complete the look with a couple coats of your favorite dramatic mascara OR glam it up even more with falsies. I mean it is New Year’s right?!

” For what it’s worth… it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you’ve never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start over again.
