A few weeks ago, I decided to gather all of our books that had anything to do with Halloween or Pumpkins. I was quite surprised by the number of books we had! And, of course, NaNa had to add a few as Halloween treats this year. They were gifted to the boys early, while NaNa and Papa were in town this past weekend. You won’t see us turning down any books around here! Reading these throughout the month will be a fun way to get little brother involved in our homeschool preschool. I also plan to incorporate some related crafts and outdoor activities throughout the month! Just click the image to check out the titles below!
Are any of these family favorites in your house? What books/ activities are on your list for October? Let me know in the comments!

This is a great list Jenne! I was looking for some cute, non-spooky books like this at the library and only came up with a couple. I just bought the first and last on your list because they looks perfect!
So glad this was helpful! It can be really hard to find age appropriate books, thankfully my Mama taught preschool back in the day and supplied us with most of these.
The Biggest Pumpkin Ever was a favorite when I taught preschool. This book helps kids learn about the needs of growing things and also how working together can make things better. Just an all around great book!
Those are good lessons, Mama! I will have to remember to highlight those the next time we read it!
