Hey friends! For this weeks Style Wise conversation we decided to do something a little different. We thought it would be fun to each share the last three things we purchased. Jenne’s sharing all of her most recent fashion related buys and I’m sharing a variety of different things!
You’ve probably already seen me sporting this adorable sun hat in last weeks giveaway post. But this is one of the last three things I purchased and I couldn’t be happier with it. I love the fringe detail on the edge and it’s texture is to die for if ya ask me. I’m excited to take this along on our camping trip this weekend and wear it to the beach.
I’m sure these count as multiple items, because well there are more than one but I did purchase them at once so I’m including them all haha. Since we’re moving into a smaller place, we wanted to downsize our tv stand. Target was running a huge sale on their furniture last week during Prime Day and I took advantage of it. We’re not taking our living room side tables with us either, so I picked up two of the ones you see in the second photo as well as that adorable coffee table. Now that’s one less thing we have to do when we get to our new home!
The last thing I wanted to talk about was the necklaces I ordered that sadly haven’t arrived yet. I’ve been seeing so many people on Instagram wearing these super simple necklaces and have been obsessed and needed to get my hands on them. I ordered a wild bloom stamped necklace from Made By Mary as well as the poppy choker. I can’t wait to wear these with pretty much everything!
These adorable tennis shoes from Target were only $7.48 on clearance when I scooped them up. By the number on the shelves still, it was clear that most people didn’t know what to do with this dressy + casual conundrum. When I slid them on and realized they were both super stylish (in my opinion) AND comfortable, I knew I was up for the challenge of styling them!
I found this white Express top at a fashion discount store near me and I seriously love it. First of all, it is off the shoulder and (drumroll please!) it STAYS IN PLACE!! Whaaaaat?! The linen-like fabric is perfect for summer and I love the boxy- away-from-the-skin cut.
This coral/pink off the shoulder top is another fashion discount find. I put this shirt on and just felt chic. Do you know what I mean? It was one of those shirts that had an immediate affect on me. Suddenly I was standing a little straighter, smiling a little bigger, and knowing it had to come home with me.
I was definitely drawn to the glamour of the off the shoulder, sweetheart neckline. The shirt also boasts an interesting texture that adds to the appeal. Where you would expect it to be light and flowy, it feels rather like a waterproof smock. Now I haven’t previously thought smocks were chic, but this shirt has me reconsidering. Haha, jk! But seriously, I think the unique texture added to the specialness of this piece.
Tell us the last 3 things you purchased! We love to know what our friends are buying 🙂
